Locate an Air Nozzle (standard with quick disconnect), Male Elbow Fitting (8181997) or Straight Fitting, and a short length of 1/8" OD Nylon Tubing. 3. Thread the fitting into the Air Nozzle outlet port and tighten with a wrench. 4.

Oil Injector 81846751 Oil Injector 85610869 As of Dec 21, 2020, the 81846751 Oil Injector has been replaced by the 85610869 Oil Injector on most model tire changers. The APX, RC150, RC200, & all Baseline models will continue to use the 81846751 oil injector for now, and this injector will continue to be available as a service part until further notice. The 85610869 injector works with air pressure sent to the clamp cylinder, as opposed to the mechanical plunger of the 81846751 injectors. Important: An air lock will form if the hose between the reservoir and injector is ever empty of oil. In this case, after filling the reservoir tank, the line must be bled of air at the injector connection as follows: 1.
