Product description

The Nidec 5440H is a genuine OEM permanent split capacitor condenser fan motor engineered for outside air conditioning condenser fan applications. Rated 1/8-1/12 HP with 3-speed operation at 1075 RPM on 208-230V single phase power, this 5.0in diameter motor delivers reliable, continuous-duty performance in demanding high-ambient HVAC condenser environments. The motor features a Totally Enclosed Air Over (TEAO) enclosure with Class B insulation rated for 70 degrees C ambient, automatic overload protection, and ball bearing construction for extended service life. A stud mount design compatible with 4.3in, 4.4in, and 4.6in bolt circles allows for flexible installation across multiple condenser unit platforms, and reversible rotation with 36in leads simplifies field wiring. A 5 MFD/370V run capacitor is required for operation.
