The Heatcraft 7075819 is a genuine OEM 3-wire defrost termination and fan delay switch used in commercial evaporator coil assemblies. This Klixon-type termination switch mounts directly onto 3/8" OD refrigerant tubing via its spring-tension mounting clip, monitoring coil temperature to control both the end of the defrost cycle and the delay before the evaporator fans resume operation. The switch is factory-calibrated to open at 50 degrees F and close at 2 degrees F, ensuring the fans only restart once the coil has returned to a sufficiently cold temperature, preventing warm, moist air from being blown into the refrigerated space after a defrost cycle. It is supplied with three 17" color-coded leads (blue, red, and black) for straightforward integration into standard 3-wire defrost/fan delay wiring diagrams, and is a widely used component across Heatcraft, Bohn, and Larkin evaporator coil systems.
