The 5"/16" X .500" Screw Shoulder is a high-tensile structural fastener designed to clamp and secure cylinder plates, tower bases, and mechanical brackets on professional tire changers.

Worn, stretched, or cross-threaded bolts cannot hold the proper clamping force, which leads to mechanical shift and misalignment. Replacing them restores rigid mechanical alignment.

Note that some parts of the linkage not only changed but also the length of the pedal stop changed (item 3 above).
