It is likely that inverters (pn 85609942, 85609942R) carried on our service trucks have outdated software installed. This could result in the inverter not performing as expected depending upon the machine where it is to be installed. Current software is backward compatible, and inverters shipped after June 2023 should have the current software installed. Any older inventory should be checked and updated to a current version of software. When checking you must determine whether your inverter is HW1 or HW2. If the serial tag does not show HW2, then you have an HW1. HW1 Inverters should be updated to 1.046. HW2 inverters should be updated to 1.052.
