This New Design Foot (Part # 85009167 / 8500916701) became standard production equipment on COATS 70XX Series Rim Clamp tire changers beginning with serial number 0902103064, completely replacing the legacy original design plastic foot on the Robo-Arm helper cylinder. Note: original bead rollers and brackets are not compatible and cannot be used in tandem with the new-design foot.

Machine Location:

This foot mounts directly at the terminal end of the pneumatic helper cylinder (Robo-Arm assembly) on the right-hand tower of the tire changer. It attaches via a pivot bolt to press down on the tire bead during mounting cycles.
