The 13" Jam Nut 1/2" is a heavy-duty, direct-replacement locknut/jam nut designed to secure critical pivot pins, cylinder rods, and mechanical linkages on professional tire changers.

Under continuous mechanical shock and intense shop vibrations, locking nuts can back off or strip, introducing play in foot pedals and table assemblies. This fine-thread replacement nut holds torque securely.

Subject: Cam Roller Assy for 90X and MaXX

The Lock Plate Lift Pin (8181035) has been replaced with the Cam Roller Assembly (85611540) for the 90X and MaXX Tire Changers. If you are replacing this item on ANY Tire Changer, you must order the New Part number (85611540). When installing the Cam Roller Assembly, thread it completely into the Swing Arm Lock Plate until it stops. Then rotate it ½ turn at a time to adjust the Lock Handle tension. Ensuring that the Assembly slot aligns with the length of the Swing Arm when adjustment complete. Install the Jam Nut (8181113) snug.

This fastener threads directly onto the foot pedal linkages, cylinder mounting pins, or vertical slide locking shafts inside the tire changer's cabinet.
