Subject: SHADOW BOARD / ACCESSORY PEGS MOUNTING

Due to an ongoing engineering change, there have been a number of Wheel Balancer Chassis components made so that the accessory mounting holes are not aligned. (see picture below) When encountering this issue, the following procedure should be used. 1. On 1400/1500/1600 Wheel Balancers, the Shadow Boards can be mounted using four of the 8106301 Screws. (see below) 2. On 1100/1150 Wheel Balancers, the Chassis will need to have four additional #1 (.228”) holes drilled for the Accessory Pegs to be properly aligned. NOTE: Take care when drilling holes to ensure clearance of internal components and to catch the metal chips. Date: 2017-January 16
