Subject: Rim Clamp 50 Series - Change to Oil Injector

Beginning with serial number 1209103649, almost all Rim Clamp 50 series models are now equipped with an oil injector assembly instead of a filter/lube assembly. This change currently affects the following models: 5030, 5035, 5040, 5045LE, RC-150, RC-200. On the smaller chassis models, the injector’s oil output fitting is rotated to a different position. The straight oil input fitting is replaced with a 90 degree elbow fitting. These changes permit the injector to fit without interference. (The RC-100 will change to the oil injector assembly after the process to relocate its supply line air pressure regulator is complete.
