Subject: RC and APX - Handle BL Valve - Muffler Change

Rim Clamp and APX units equipped with a handle actuated four-way valve bead loosener are being equipped with different exhaust mufflers. The new low profile, high flow mufflers will be less subject to damage, because of their reduced height, and because of their high flow capacity will not slow the BL operation speed. These mufflers were already used on twenty pilot units that have been shipped. They have gone into production on Rim Clamps last week and will go into production on APX models in the near future. Any old style tall mufflers in your inventory can and should be used for service. Then begin using new part number 85607855 which is now available.
