The #6-32" Lock Nut is a high-tensile, direct-replacement locknut/jam nut designed to secure the heavy-duty threaded shafts, pulleys, motor mounts, and piezo sensor assemblies of professional wheel balancers.
Under continuous mechanical vibration and high-speed motor rotation, structural nuts can stretch or loosen. Replacing worn locking hardware ensures perfect axial clamping torque and protects key shafts from rotational drift.

Subject: 1250 Video Display PCB to LCD Connection
ire Changers (TC)T We are still experiencing 1250 video displays with images that are shifted, the wrong color, missing, and/or flickering. The root cause for a majority of these problems is the white connection between the LCD and the display PCB becoming loose. In a continuing effort to insure this connection remains stable, the following display assembly running changes were put into production beginning with serial number 0904305059. (There is no upgrade program.) In addition to the above, a piece of tape has been added to the back of the LCD to prevent grounding.
This nut installs directly on the main threaded shaft, pulley mount, motor assembly, or sensor bracket assemblies of the wheel balancer.
This universal replacement part is documented and verified to fit the following Coats® equipment models:
